Isabelle trained initially at oher studios on the art of pole dancing and then she hired private pole dancing instructors to learn the "real movement" from the source.
Currently I am still training in inversions with Angel, as these ones take a while to master until we build up the upper body strength necessary to handle yourself..up there.
